Before washing your hair, treat with No.3:

1. Apply generously to damp hair from scalp to ends until hair is thoroughly saturated.

2. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes (or longer if desired).

3. Rinse from hair. Shampoo and condition as usual.

To smooth and protect, style hair with No.6:

1. Apply a very small amount to damp or dry hair from mid-length to ends. 2. Comb through and style as desired. Start with ½ a pump for shoulder-length hair. Use more for longer, thicker hair, less for fine or short hair.
