1. Thoroughly cleanse and dry skin.

2. Remove Ice roller from freezer and allow to sit for a few minutes.

3. Start treatment by rolling along cheek bones outwards toward hairline.

4. Slowly roll toward your eyes and under-eyes in an upward motion.

5. Roll from centre of chin outwards along jawline toward ears.

6. Roll up the temples and upwards over forehead.

7. Thoroughly cleanse, tone and apply serum to the skin.

8. Finish by rolling down the sides of the neck toward the décolletage.

Pro tips: Daily use is recommended for best results. After each use, sterilise roller head with alcohol. Stroke ice roller inside its box in your freezer. Apply your favourite moisturizer after treatment and enjoy calm, rejuvenated skin.
